30-Day Return Policy

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items based on product availability. If you need a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
